Planning Board -- May 10, 2005 /
Unapproved minutes of meeting Present: Trish Rogan, Carla Kirsh, Joseph Feuer, and Bonnie Hazelton Absent: Ray Despres The meeting was called to order at 7:08. The minutes from April 12, 2005 were read and unanimously approved. Old Business Mr. Feuer reported that the Marlow Selectmen
have moved forward with plans for the Cell Tower to be constructed on Marlow
Hill. Representatives from Cellular One
have surveyed the site, and will be coming before the Planning Board in the near
future. New Business Emile Piterak was present, with a copy of
the scanned Zoning Ordinance book. He had been assisted with this by Paul Lafreniere.
Some changes have been made to the current draft, but others are still in
the works. Ezekiel Jakob was present and offered the
draft of the new map he’s developed for the Zoning Ordinance book.
The planning board spent the rest of the meeting in evaluation and
fine-tuning of the map. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Marlow Planning Board will be on Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. Submitted by |
