About
Me: My name is Pauline Duke and I have lived in Marlow NH since June of 2001. I am a Polymer Clay artist, member of the New Hampshire Polymer Clay Guild since 2003. I am also one of Linda Breault's featured local artists at the Shining Heart Creations Business on Route 10 here in Marlow. Although my business is in home, I have taken the steps this year in going out and establishing myself first in Marlow, and I have plans to enter the Hannah Grimes Marketplace in Keene, NH also. Forced
to retire due to some disabilities, I became interested in Polymer Clay
to keep my hands and mind busy. My computer keeps me in touch with the
world out there, I love what the new technologies can do. I have also
done some cross country camping, and in-house darkroom 35mm photography
development and printing. I have lived on both sides of this country and
have finally settled down in a tiny town in New Hampshire in a small
cabin with a pond in my front view, and 300+ acres of forest land behind
me for my 2 dogs and I to roam when my legs are up to it. I have 2
energetic young grandsons from my only son (and daughter-in-law) who has
done quite well with his life (considering our beginnings!) Who
I'd like to meet: PEOPLE who
are interested in stopping these darn wars that are killing all our
young and not so young people for reasons I am no longer sure of. PEOPLE
who still care that what we put on this earth, and in front of our
children will affect so many people when we are no longer here. PEOPLE
who do like to stop and take enough time out of the "rat race of
survival of mankind and time" to just sit still and listen to the
sounds of nature, the rain, the thunder, children playing, musicians
jamming etc. PEOPLE who are enjoying their JOURNEY to all of our unknown
