Leader:                  Help us to live out of our deep relationship with you.

People:                 Open our eyes and our hearts so that we might see your image in ourselves, and in all those with

That as we give your love may live in all we do and say.

So guide us daily, God, your grace to show and tell,

To heed your call to care for all, ‘till all the world is well.

**OFFERTORY PRAYER:

Holy God, gracious and merciful, you bring forth food from the earth and nourish your whole creation.  Turn our hearts toward those who hunger in any way, that all may know your care.  Sustain us in our Lenten pilgrimage: may our fasting be a hunger for justice; our alms, a making of peace; and our prayer, the song of grateful hearts.  We pray through Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Companion.  Amen.

Notices

Today we will receive the One Great Hour of Sharing offering.  Gifts for this offering lay the foundation for all of UMCOR's work by covering the costs of doing business.  This means all gifts designated to specific programs (such as our offerings to Haiti or Chile) can go 100% to those programs because UMCOR's basic expenses are covered.

The envelopes provided in the bulletin are for your offerings.  If you write a check, please make it out to Marlow UMC, with OGHS in the memo.  Thank you ahead of time for your generosity!

Caring through Cards Ministry: If you would like a card sent to someone on behalf of the church, please let Donna Chase (446-7733) or Gary Levesque (446-4383) know. The cards are at the back of the sanctuary.

“Please bring your food contributions 3rd Sunday for the Food Pantry distribution!” Food Pantry: Please remember our neighbors when you shop by choosing single-serving, easily prepared, diabetic-friendly meals to contribute to the food pantry. If you would like to give a financial donation for food, there is a jar on the table at the back of the sanctuary where you can put your offering. This money will be used to purchase needed items. We also welcome your help in identifying others whom we can help. Deliveries are made the third Sunday of the month. If you can help with deliveries, please contact Marcia Levesque (446-4383).
